Boarding Services Doggy 'n Me ("Boarding Facility") agrees to provide boarding services for the Client's dog ("Dog") during the agreed-upon period. 2. Client Responsibilities The Client warrants that: - Dog is current on all vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, bordetella) and will provide proof upon request. - Dog is free from fleas, ticks, and other parasites. - Dog is non-aggressive towards humans and other animals, unless specified in writing. - Dog is in good health and free from contagious diseases. - The Client has provided accurate medical history, including allergies and special needs. - The Client has supplied necessary medications with administration instructions. - The Client will notify the Boarding Facility of any changes in Dog's health or behavior. 3. Boarding Facility Responsibilities The Boarding Facility agrees to: - Provide adequate food, water, and exercise for Dog. - Maintain a clean and safe environment. - Supervise Dog at all times and take precautions to prevent injury or escape. 4. Limitations of Liability The Boarding Facility is not liable for injuries or death of Dog resulting from: - Acts of God (e.g., severe weather). - Dog's own actions (e.g., chewing, aggression). - Injury or illness from other animals. - Pre-existing medical conditions or genetic predispositions. 5. Fees The cost for boarding is $100 per day (24 hours). $125 on holidays. Prices vary for puppies or dogs with special needs. A 50% deposit is due in advance, with the balance due upon completion. 6.
